What is “Core Fitness”
Having a strong core means more than having a visible six-pack. Your core muscles generate the stability needed to effectively perform any athletic movement like throwing, swinging, striking and twisting.

Beginner Exercise

Balance Your Core with the Ball with TRX Bell (Hold for 20-30seconds or as long as you can. 3 reps)


TRX Push Up Pike (10 Reps; 5 Sets)



TRX Atomic Push Up (10 Reps; 5 Sets)



TRX Plank and Knee Tucks (Alternative Side to Side) (10 Reps; 5 Sets)


Overall, TRX is great for athletes looking to build strength and endurance, with very little equipment. Beginners beware, it takes a lot of strength to hold your own body up!
